US-bound children's shoes facing higher safety standards

In addition, some children's products are subject to authorized third-party testing and certification.Export goods shall be attached to each batch of applicable certificate, and send a copy of the certificate to any dealer or retailer to receive the supplies; each of the certificate shall include at least the date and address, the testing organization contact information and other information product manufacturing, testing.The sources said that the the above coercive measures will inevitably increase the cost of exports, the more complicated export procedures. The bill also provides that manufacturers of children's products shall be affixed permanently clearly marked on the product and its packaging, including other identifying characteristics of these products, production date, lot number and product in order to better take recovery actions or communications retrospective sources.The requirements in the bill took effect one year after the entry into force. It is reported that, in violation of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act will be subject to a maximum $ 100,000 fine.City some children's shoes manufacturing companies had been informed of the news, and active technology research organization, and comply with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act requirements for the export of children's shoes.
